Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed in a heated room with energetic music Inferno Hot Pilates is an amazing workout using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that strengthens muscles, boosts your metabolism and burns fat – all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Increase strength, build long lean muscles, create a stronger core, get fit and feel amazing! It is the perfect complement to your hot yoga.

It is designed for men and women of all fitness levels.

Inferno Hot Pilates classes are moderately hot.

Rooms are heated to 32 degrees celsius. Expect to sweat!

Inferno Hot Pilates classes are for everyone.

Each class will follow a similar structure with some variation between classes as to exercises performed. Work to your best ability on the day, the instructor will provide modifications to cater for all fitness levels.

During class we ask that you stay in the hot room.

To ensure a safe and quality experience try to stay in the room until the teacher has signalled the end of class. The final resting pose of savasana is essential for completing and integrating your practice.

Naturally you are welcome to rest at any time, make your way down to your mat and join back in when you are ready.

What to wear.

Wear comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely. You will work up a sweat so wear something breathable and moisture wicking. Less is more!

What to bring.

Bring a yoga mat, a sweat towel and water.

Mat and towel hire are available for $2 and $3 respectively.
