Kundalini Yoga is known as the ‘yoga of awareness’. Using a blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), mantra (sound current), dristhi (eye gaze) and mudras (hand/arm gestures), often all at the same time, Kundalini Yoga gives you an experience that takes you out of your head and into your heart and body.

*90 minutes duration

Kundalini Yoga classes are non-heated.

Our room is a comfortable room temperature, however most kundalini classes have a physical component and you may work up a sweat!

Kundalini Yoga classes are for everyone.

Kundalini Yoga is for everyone and anyone who wants to elevate their sense of wellbeing.

What to wear.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Often the teacher and other practitioners wear white or light coloured clothing, this is because it expands your aura and reflects negative energy, a head covering is often worn also, this is to contain energy that is being elevated during the practice. Wearing white and a head piece is entirely optional and you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in!

What to bring.

Bring a yoga mat and water.

Mat hire is available for $2 and we also sell water or have a water filter for refillable bottles.
