Kia Ngāwari – Humble Warrior Yoga Tour

Saturday 20th July 2019

Saturday 20th July

6.00 – 8.00pm

We are honoured to be hosting this first of its kind tour with a purpose; a Hauora/Wellbeing of yoga and connection by three respected male yoga teachers.

Come and support Studio Red teachers Buster Caitcheon, Taane Mete and Juan Diaz for the first class of the National Tour as they join forces to share and celebrate the gifts of Yoga, Waiata, Music and Wairua.

An offering of Vinyasa, Yin and meditation for all levels. Turning in and fueling during the cooler months. A deeply healing practice of Yoga, Waiata, Karakia and Live Music. Papatuanuku and Ranginui inspire the cultivation of wisdom from the majestic Whenua of Aotearoa.

Saturday 20th July
6.00 – 8.00pm (please note our usual Yin class will be cancelled)

Spaces are limited, book your spot here or in-house.

About Taane, Juan & Buster

Taane Mete, Juan Diaz and Buster Caitcheon each began yoga as a means to settle into a calmer approach to life which soon became a passion. Over a period of time it seemed natural to turn this passion into an offering to share with community, family and friends. Each teach regularly in Auckland in various studios and constantly build their knowledge with teacher training or teaching retreats. Kia Ngāwari is a tour that each feel passionate about and what better way to see this awesome country and share yoga as well.
