Mel is a qualified teacher of Kundalini, Yin and Yoga Nidra.
After discovering Kundalini Yoga nine years ago, she noticed a powerful shift in her being and a stillness which improved her health and wellbeing. She then decided to complete her teacher training in Kundalini Yoga in Melbourne, Australia.
After moving to Dunedin in 2018, she discovered both Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga and became qualified in teaching these modalities.
Prior to teaching yoga, Mel taught secondary Art & Media in Melbourne. She also enjoys to practice devotional yoga such as Bhakti and Kirtan!
