Sarah’s love and journey of yoga began right here at the Dunedin hot yoga studio! First being drawn to the physical side of the practice, she instantly felt the profound mental effects, allowing her to calm her mind and help to tune in, creating that perfect balance of physical and mental awareness. She has found the benefits of a yoga practice has touched every aspect of her life and has made it her goal to share that with as many people as possible.
After completion of her 200HR YTT, Sarah’s yoga teacher journey started here with us teaching weekly vinyasa flow classes, her favourite style which she believes is the perfect mixture of dynamic strength, balance and chill leaving you feeling stronger, more supple and calm.
Off the mat Sarah is working through a Naturopathy diploma and is passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellness. She loves traveling, the beach, coffee, avocados, and cats.
