Our Flow classes are dynamic with a strong focus on synchronising breath with movement. Using well-balanced creative sequencing, classes are designed to challenge and inspire you both mentally and physically. Walk away feeling energised, balanced and light!

Hot Flow classes are moderately hot.
Rooms are heated to 32 degrees celsius. Expect to sweat!
Hot Flow classes are for everyone.
A Hot Flow class is both a great place to start and to continue challenging yourself. Linking movement with breath, known as vinyasa, all movements can be adapted to suit all levels.
Classes vary in focus from class to class and can include physical postures (standing and seated), breath work, meditation and deep relaxation.
During class we ask that you stay in the hot room.
To ensure a safe and quality experience try to stay in the room until the teacher has signalled the end of class. The final resting pose of savasana is essential for completing and integrating your practice.
Naturally you are welcome to rest at any time, make your way down to your mat and join back in when you are ready.
What to wear.
Wear comfortable clothing which allows you to flow from one pose to another. You will work up a sweat so wear something breathable and moisture wicking.
Hot Flow is not a competition: work to your ‘edge’ but not beyond it.
We are all unique and no two days are the same. Listen to your body, work to your limit and never push past your edge.
If you need to rest, please do. Your body is going through a detoxification process and it’s normal to feel dizzy or nauseated during your first few classes.
What to bring.
Bring a yoga mat, a sweat towel and water.
Mat and towel hire are available for $2 and $3 respectively.
