Our mat Pilates classes are for anyone looking to start moving, build strength and stability, improve flexibility and balance, reduce stress and more. Pilates is an excellent full-body workout that anyone can do. And it’s fun!

Pilates focuses on precise, controlled movements that prioritise alignment, stability, strength and deep core activation and engagement.

Naturally you are welcome to rest at any time, make your way down to your mat and join back in when you are ready.

What should I wear?
  • Dress in clothes that let your skin breathe – no long sleeves or pants. Most regulars wear leggings, or shorts.
  • The room is not cold, simple activewear is advised.
What should I bring?
  • Yoga mat
  • Bring a towel if you want to shower at the studio after class.
  • Water bottle
  • Mat and towel hire are available for $2 and $3 respectively
