Bookings are highly recommended at Level 2 as we have limited space due to social distancing. Walk-ins are welcome but booking will ensure you have a space in class as our evening and weekend classes are often at capacity.
You can book in for class via our App or via our website below. If you are unable to attend class, please remove yourself so that someone else can take your place. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Independently run since 2009, our mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive space to guide you through a transformative and healing yoga practice.
Here at Hot Yoga Dunedin we offer heated and non-heated yoga classes as well as Inferno Hot Pilates (a low impact, high intensity cardio workout) for all levels of students.
Practicing yoga in a heated environment increases flexibility and mobility of your body. The heat offers therapeutic benefits in revitalising the cells and tissues, and increases blood circulation. This helps to release toxins from your body via the skin.
Our heating system has been specifically engineered to ensure the consistency of the room temperature and humidity within a specific heat index, constant circulation of heated clean air helps promote perspiration and blood flow while constantly exchanging the air within the space so it is always fresh and clean.
We have a passionate team of qualified teachers offering four types of classes, we have three styles of yoga; Bikram, Hot Flow and Yin as well as Inferno Hot Pilates. With 40 classes per week, there is something for everyone. Open every day of the year except Christmas Day, check out our timetable below to book in or find a class and time that suits you.
