How To Prepare?

Drink plenty of water before yoga class. Hydration is essential.

It takes at least 45 minutes for any water you drink to be processed within your body, so drink up before class!

Eat at least two hours before class.

Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. However, you know your body and its needs best some fruit or a smoothie is generally fine, but generally try not to eat a big meal at least two hours before class.

Latecomers are not admitted once class starts.

For security purposes, studio doors close when class starts. This also maintains the flow of the class and prevents others from having their experience disrupted. Please allow at least 15 minutes before class to sign in and get settled.

Booking classes.

Please book classes via our website or branded app, enable the location and it will allow you to check in for class from 30 mins before the class starts- saving you time at the desk. Please cancel out if you cannot attend class. Our cancellation window is up until 2 hours before class starts, no shows will have their pass deducted or charged a no show fee. Many of our classes have waitlists so please cancel to allow others to attend.

Parking is available at the Meridian Mall and Wall Street car park until 8pm.

Parking on the street is free on Sundays.
