Helen Platten

Helen fell in love with yoga right from attending her first class several years ago. She has found it to be completely transformational and a source of deep peace, and she feels honoured to be able to share what she loves.


Helen is passionate about all styles of yoga with a particular love of Flow and Yin. She has completed yoga training in Multi Style, Yin and Yoga Nidra here in Dunedin, and is currently working on a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Movement Training.


In her spare time, Helen loves being outdoors, reading, cooking food with friends, pet sitting, painting and dancing.
