Kristi started practicing hot yoga in San Francisco 30 years ago, and while she may have strayed away over the years for stints of weight-lifting, running and raising children, the hot room always calls her back.
She loves the 26&2 series for the way it builds strength of the mind and body both on and off the mat.
Yoga is about so much more than just flexibility!
Kristi has taught hot yoga around New Zealand from Auckland to Queenstown and she is looking forward to sharing her long-time passion for it with the Hot Yoga Dunedin community.
