Laura first came to practice yoga whilst living in London. Living in such a fast paced, busy city, yoga was a place for her to slow down and calm her mind. Yoga opened her mind to self-awareness and with that, she became more interested in doing things in life that fulfilled her.

Laura has since gone on to complete 400 hours of training within 3 different modalities. She teaches Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga and Hot Pilates.

Movement is extremely fulfilling for Laura, she strongly believes it can transform peoples bodies and lives. Laura is trained in Baron Baptiste power vinyasa yoga so her classes are not only about the physical but they unlock a journey to self-inquiry too!
