  • Five Pillars: In this workshop you will embed the essential pillars of power vinyasa practice: bandha/stability, ujjayi/breath, drishti/gaze, vinyasa/flow and tapas/heat. You will receive guidance in creating each of these elements in your practice and you will discover how to manifest these elements in your practice for strength, space, expression and clarity of mind.

  • Taking Flight: In this workshop you will cultivate techniques to generate lift and lightness in your body. You will utilise these techniques to create poses and transitions of grace and power. This workshop is for intermediate practitioners who are looking to make a transition to a more advanced level of practice, accessing more challenging variations of postures including hand balances.
